There is a wide range of homes for sale in the northwest Dallas suburbs of Southlake, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Keller, west Plano, southwest Frisco, Coppell, Highland Village, Grapevine, Argyle, Westlake and Trophy Club. Executive and luxury homes built on golf course and lake front lots, elegant gated estates, horse properties with acreage, as well as fine homes in well-established suburban and semi-rural neighborhoods are all available.

As an area, these northwest Dallas suburbs experienced a 17.8 percent annual drop in the number of previously occupied, single family homes sold during June. During June last year, 524 such homes were sold. This year, sales of 484 homes have been reported. On average, about 2,915 previously occupied homes were listed for sale, up 4.7 percent from a year ago. It would require 6.0 months to sell this number of homes if they sold at the rate home sale transactions closed during June. Recent sale prices of pre-owned homes in this area have ranged from $65,000 to $2.228 million.
