At the beginning of August, home buyers were finding the best selection of Frisco houses for sale in the upper middle to lower middle price ranges of north Dallas suburbs MLS-listed homes ... homes priced between $500,000 and $800,000 accounted for 26 percent of previously occupied single-family homes listed ... houses listed at $300,000 to $400,000 accounted for about 24 percent of total listings ... approximately 23 percent of these previously occupied houses were priced between $400,000 and $500,000 and 15 percent were listed for sale for more than $800,000 ... 13 percent were priced at less than $300,000 ... median price of all previously occupied single-family homes listed for sale was $465,200 ... houses listed for sale averaged 62 days on market
