Southwest Frisco Schools

Students living in southwest Frisco attend Frisco ISD schools, except those residing in portions of the Lakes on Legacy Drive and Stonebriar communities and in the Heritage Lakes subdivision, all of which are located in Denton County south of Lebanon Road. Those students attend Lewisville ISD schools.

As demonstrated by their Texas Educations Agency (TEA) accountability ratings and Texas Assessment of Academic Skills (TAKS) scores, southwest Frisco public schools are among the best schools in the greater Dallas area. Fourteen of the fifteen public schools serving southwest Frisco received exemplary accountability ratings, indicated below in bold, for 2010-2011 school year.
