Sales Vary Significantly Across Area |
6/23/2008 - Although existing home sales dropped 14.2 percent across the northwest Dallas Suburbs in May, 533 homes sold this year versus 621 last year, several of the suburbs in this area saw very large sale volume increases and several others saw just the opposite. This page is your tour guide though more than 400 pages of information available on this web site about the DFW metroplex and, more specifically, about the northwest Dallas suburbs. All things considered, these DFW suburbs may well be the best places to live in the entire metroplex. This is what my research shows and also is what many of my clients indicate when they decide where to buy homes.
All pages of the site, including MLS listing descriptions, have been formatted to print in portrait mode, so as you see information you want to be able to reference when away from your computer, just click the print button on your computer display screen for a paper copy of that page. When you finish touring the site, sort the printed pages into whatever order is most logical to you and place them in a binder, and you will have your own personalized Dallas Fort Worth area relocation package.

Profiles of the various northwest Dallas suburbs are available by going to the NW Dallas Suburbs tab on the menu bar. Each profile provides current information about the single family housing market specific to that suburb and links to profiles of some the suburb's most popular neighborhoods and performance information for all its public schools.
